Consultations

Consultations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will receive a 50% refund.

If you choose to reschedule your consultation, the cancellation fee will be waived and your booking transferred to a mutually agreed date and time.

Online Course

Due to the immediate access provided to digital course materials, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.
